Full job description

Account Manager role focused on programmatic advertising and user acquisition for app advertisers and performance marketing agencies. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, monitoring and optimizing campaign performance through data analysis, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and finance teams. Requires knowledge of in-app performance advertising, programmatic RTB, MMPs, SSPs, and strong skills in data interpretation using Excel and Google Sheets. The role demands independent work, accountability, strong communication, and organizational skills. Locations include Gurugram, Bangalore, and Mumbai, India.

What you'll do

  • Build and grow relationships and revenue within client portfolio of app advertisers and performance marketing agencies
  • Monitor campaign performance and scale with in-depth data analysis, granular optimization, and reporting
  • Expand expertise across advertiser app verticals, programmatic supply, data integration, deep linking, and dynamic creatives
  • Collaborate with Sales, CM, TSE, Design, Supply, Engineering, Product Management, and Finance teams
  • Work with Product Management, Tech, and Data Science to provide feedback, drive development, and ensure smooth testing and feature rollout

Requirements

  • Passion for solving technical riddles and persistence
  • University degree and relevant work experience
  • Experience working in small task teams with client responsibility
  • Holistic knowledge of in-app performance advertising and programmatic RTB environment
  • Advanced data interpretation and analysis skills
  • Deep understanding of MMPs, SSPs, and other ecosystem players
  • Ability to work independently and be responsive to stakeholders
  • Results-oriented with attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Creative and independent problem solver
  • Advanced process, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Pivot Tables for data analysis
