Lead Microsoft’s Public Sector sales organization in Czechia and Slovakia, defining and executing go-to-market strategy for public-sector business. Manage and coach a sales team to build trusted relationships with government and public institutions, driving revenue growth and AI-driven business transformation. Responsibilities include strategic account planning, embedding responsible AI principles, fostering inclusive culture, and representing Microsoft as a public sector thought leader. Requires several years of sales leadership experience, Czech language proficiency, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Role is hybrid based in Prague with 3 days in-office per week. Salary range: Kč 3,332,000 - Kč 6,700,000 per year.
