Full job description
Lead the senior sales organization for the public sector in Belgium, driving go-to-market sales strategy and execution aligned with Microsoft priorities. Manage and coach sales and technical teams to maximize revenue, cloud consumption, and business growth. Develop customer value realization strategies and ensure secure collaboration. Foster an inclusive and high-performing culture. Requirements include a relevant degree or equivalent experience, direct people management experience, and leadership in sales organizations. Salary range: €159,700 - €273,100 per year.

- Develop and drive go-to-market sales strategy and execution for the Belgian public sector market based on Microsoft and customer and partner needs
- Lead and align the business within the public sector segment, driving strategic direction across teams to enable revenue growth
