Full job description

Join Smartly's Managed Service Support team to support delivery of digital advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include supporting Senior Project Managers, reviewing assets, coordinating technical reviews, performing storyboard and mock QA, ensuring brand alignment, implementing client revisions, liaising with design and development teams, and checking campaign reports. Requires at least 1 year experience in campaign or project management, knowledge of digital advertising, strong communication skills, basic Google Sheets proficiency, negotiation skills, time management, team management, attention to detail, organization, multitasking, and flexibility to work IST shifts.

What you'll do

  • Support the Senior Project Manager in the overall delivery of a campaign
  • Perform asset review and coordinate with developers for a full technical review
  • Ensure all assets are complete and correct and flag any issues
  • Perform storyboard and mock QA
  • Ensure all storyboards/mocks submitted to clients align with brand guidelines
  • Accurately implement all revision requests sent by the client
  • Liaise with design and development team in the production of creatives
  • Check campaign reports for defaults and flag any issues

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in campaign or project management role preferred
  • Knowledgeable of the digital advertising industry landscape
  • Flawless written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets for data tracking, updates, and reporting
  • Able to negotiate and deliver difficult news to clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Able to manage a team of developers and assign and prioritize tasks
  • Great attention to detail
  • Highly organized and a self starter
  • Can multitask and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team player with a positive working attitude
  • Amenable to work 8:30am to 5:30pm IST and any shift depending on business need
