Full job description

Moloco is seeking a Machine Learning intern for their Seoul office. The intern will join the ML team focusing on either ML Modeling or ML Infrastructure. ML Modeling involves experiments on large-scale machine learning models, including architecture design, feature engineering, and optimization. ML Infrastructure involves enhancing systems for ML training and serving, including TPU/GPU training, microservices, scalable data pipelines (Spark/Apache Beam), and ML data validation. Candidates should be majoring in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields, have strong skills in math, algorithms, and data structures, be proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Golang), and fluent in Korean and English. The internship targets students with no more than two semesters remaining before graduation or recent graduates. The role is on-site in Seoul. What you'll do

  • Contribute to ML Modeling track: conduct experiments on state-of-the-art machine learning models, including model architecture design, feature engineering, and performance optimization
  • Contribute to ML Infrastructure track: enhance infrastructure for large-scale ML experimentation, training, and serving, including TPU/GPU-based model training, microservices for ML inference, scalable data pipelines, and systems for ML data validation and monitoring

Requirements

  • Major in Computer Science, Statistics or related fields
  • Strong mathematical skills in probability, statistics, and machine learning
  • Strong algorithms and data structure skills
  • Fluent with at least one programming language including Python, Java, and Golang
  • Fluent in speaking and writing both Korean and English
  • No more than two semesters remaining until graduation at the start date or recent graduates
