Full job description Seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale Work Management, Digital Operations, and Marketing Workflow transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include architecting scalable Workfront solutions, defining governance frameworks, designing integrations using Workfront Fusion, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. Requires expertise in Workfront objects, Fusion integrations, platform governance, and stakeholder management. Must have 6+ years of Adobe Workfront experience, 3+ years with Workfront Fusion, strong integration skills including REST APIs and JSON, and experience in Agile environments. Preferred certifications include Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion. Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Design and implement Workfront objects including Portfolios, Programs, Projects, Tasks, Templates, Request Queues, Custom Forms, Dashboards, Reports
Provide architectural guidance for enterprise workflow transformation initiatives
Establish platform best practices, design standards, and governance models
Design, develop, and govern integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion
Build automated workflows between Workfront and enterprise systems
Design integrations with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Assets, CRM platforms, ERP systems, Collaboration tools, Custom APIs
Define integration architecture, error handling, monitoring, and support processes
Optimize and troubleshoot Fusion scenarios for performance and scalability
Define enterprise-wide Workfront configuration strategy
Establish security, permissions, user roles, and access controls
Create governance processes for Demand management, Resource management, Capacity planning, Intake management, Work prioritization
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and adoption initiatives
Partner with business leaders, PMOs, marketing operations teams, product teams, and IT stakeholders
Drive requirement workshops and architecture reviews
Present solution recommendations to senior leadership
Mentor administrators, consultants, and implementation teams Requirements 6+ years of experience with Adobe Workfront implementations Strong expertise in Project Management, Resource Management, Demand Management, Intake Processes, Portfolio & Program Management, Reporting & Dashboards, Custom Forms, Workfront Administration Experience leading at least one end-to-end enterprise Workfront implementation 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion Experience designing complex automation workflows and integrations Strong understanding of Fusion Scenarios, Data Mapping, Error Handling, API Integrations, Scheduling & Monitoring Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Fusion implementations Experience working with REST APIs Understanding JSON, Webhooks, Authentication mechanisms, and integration patterns Experience integrating Workfront with enterprise applications Basic knowledge of scripting technologies preferred Experience creating solution architecture artefacts including solution designs, integration designs, process workflows, governance frameworks Experience working in Agile delivery environments Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent stakeholder management skills Ability to lead client workshops and architecture discussions Strong communication and presentation skills Experience mentoring project teams and administrators Preferred: Adobe Workfront Certification Preferred: Adobe Workfront Fusion Certification Preferred: Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem Preferred: Experience integrating Workfront with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Assets, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign Preferred: Experience in Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, or Digital Experience programs Preferred: Exposure to enterprise PMO processes and operational governance Tech stack Adobe Workfront Adobe Workfront Fusion Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Creative Cloud Adobe Assets CRM platforms ERP systems Collaboration tools Custom APIs REST APIs JSON Webhooks Authentication mechanisms Scripting technologies
