Full job description

Lead the technical design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud for personalized customer experiences. Focus on seamless integrations, performance tuning, and cross-team collaboration to deliver scalable solutions. Responsibilities include leading technical design, collaborating with teams on personalization strategies, ensuring CRM integration, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns, performing configuration, and following deployment best practices. Requires 12+ years experience, expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, data architecture, APIs, customer segmentation, SSJS, SQL, AWS integrations, and scalable personalization solutions. Good communication and stakeholder management skills required. Agile/Scrum experience, additional Salesforce certifications, AMPscript, AWS services, marketing automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, data visualization tools, and regulated industry experience are preferred.
