Full job description

Lead enterprise architecture consulting engagements and define strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business goals. Lead design and implementation of CDP solutions across multiple platforms. Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as AI-driven personalization and composable architectures. Define and enforce data architecture standards, schemas, and governance models. Oversee batch and streaming ingestion pipelines ensuring data quality and integrity. Guide development teams in building reusable components and scalable integrations. Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to define audience strategies and activation logic. Own orchestration of customer journeys and personalization workflows. Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure best practices. Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance CDP capabilities. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA. Act as liaison between business and technology teams to translate requirements into solutions. Troubleshoot complex issues across data flows, APIs, and activation channels. Contribute to roadmap planning and continuous improvement of CDP infrastructure. Requires proven experience in CDP implementations (AEP, Treasure Data, Zeta, Tealium), strong data engineering skills, API integration expertise, proficiency in Python, JavaScript or Node.js, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Good to have TOGAF certification, consulting experience, customer journey orchestration tools knowledge, reverse ETL familiarity, data governance and consent management experience, and CI/CD and DevOps practices. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required. Shift timings: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
