Full job description
Lead Senior Business Systems Analyst responsible for defining solutions for new client implementations or large projects. Requires understanding client business requirements and mapping to technology, documenting and communicating solutions. Must have strong knowledge of database architecture, data modeling, interface development, system integration using real-time web-services, and CRM, CDP, email, and database marketing concepts. Role requires residence in PST or MST timezones and willingness to travel to west coast clients. Responsibilities include project scoping, strategic solution definition, documentation maintenance, execution and QA support, product expertise, priority management, best practice recommendations, and guidance to client success teams. Requires management experience, strong consultative skills, excellent communication, MS Office proficiency, ability to communicate complex technical concepts, subject matter expertise, RESTful API experience, 5+ years software implementation experience, bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 4+ years Snowflake experience. Lead project scoping including gathering and defining project requirements, understanding client workflows and business goals, eliciting and comprehending use cases, learning existing technical and data infrastructure, conducting gap analysis, and setting expectations

Requirements
Management experience of similar roles
Experience contributing to project documentation including Business requirements documentation, specifications, SOWs, LOEs
Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment
Strong consultative and advisory skills
Excellent written and verbal communications
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to acknowledge marketing and strategic needs to assess and recommend technical requirements
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Subject matter expert thought leader supporting organization’s processes and procedures
Web-services experience with RESTful APIs desired
5+ years of experience with software implementation from requirement through design, development, and user acceptance
Bachelor's Degree or higher in technology-related field or relevant experience in implementing software
