Tech Lead for Buyer Cloud User Data responsible for technical leadership of platforms managing audience, taxonomy, metadata, and identity data. Lead architecture, design, engineering execution, and ensure scalability, reliability, quality, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver privacy-compliant, feature-rich user data services. Guide development of distributed data-processing systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure. Drive best practices in architecture, coding, testing, CI/CD, observability, and production readiness. Address scalability, performance, reliability, data quality, and cloud cost challenges. Mentor engineers and facilitate design reviews. Required: Bachelor's or master's in Computer Science or related field, 10+ years in software/data engineering or large-scale data platforms, tech leadership experience, strong Python and SQL skills, experience with microservices, APIs, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD. Preferred: Snowflake, EKS, Aerospike, ad tech or data-intensive platform experience, batch and streaming ingestion familiarity, cloud performance monitoring and cost optimization. Salary range: $167,383.91 - $251,075.87. Location: Reston, Virginia, USA.
