Lead complex, cross-functional product development initiatives across multiple product lines. Manage strategic planning, resource alignment, architecture, and delivery coordination. Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Quality, Operations, and vendors to manage dependencies, mitigate risk, and deliver business outcomes on schedule and budget. Facilitate technical program execution and stakeholder communication. Identify and mitigate delivery risks and defects. Orchestrate collaboration for testing, certification, implementation, and operational readiness. Create and maintain integrated project plans. Develop and manage strategic vendor relationships. Define product requirements and evaluation criteria. Requires 10+ years experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Must be able to work variable schedules including nights and weekends.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
