Full job description

Senior QA role focused on evaluating product quality and developing test automation solutions. Responsibilities include developing test automation scripts, manual feature validation, architecting test automation solutions, supporting test strategies, test planning, writing test reports, bug reporting, supporting team testing needs, daily customer communication, and supporting UATs. Requires relevant IT/software education, 1-3 years senior QA/SDET experience, coding skills in Typescript, Javascript, Python, Ruby, or Java, experience with Azure or AWS, CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Github Actions, proficiency in Git, agile/Scrum experience, and experience creating test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.

What you'll do

Developing test automation scripts
Manual validation of features when needed
Architecting test automation solutions
Supporting test strategies
Performing test planning
Writing test reports for individual features when needed
Being an active member of the development team
Communicating findings and bug reporting
Supporting all members of the team with their testing needs
Communicating with customers daily
Supporting UATs

Requirements

Relevant education in IT and software development
Curious and willing to learn
Thorough, professional, and quality-minded
1 to 3 years of experience as a Senior QA/SDET/Technical QA
Ability to code in one of the following languages: Typescript, Javascript, Python, Ruby, Java
Experience with one of the following platforms: Azure, AWS
Experience with one of the following CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Github Actions
Proficient in Git
Experience working in agile setups, preferably using Scrum
Experience creating test strategies and test plans
Experience creating test automation frameworks
