Full job description

Lead Full Stack Engineer role to design and build the Agentic App Builder platform on Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP). Responsibilities include building backend services, APIs, and frontend experiences using React/TypeScript, embedding AI/LLM capabilities, shipping through CI/CD, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requires 8+ years experience with proficiency in at least two of Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js, strong React/TypeScript skills, AWS experience, and familiarity with continuous delivery, TDD, and agile practices. Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and platform-level system development is essential. Located in Hyderabad, India.

What you'll do

  • Design and build the Agentic App Builder platform including services, APIs, and developer tools
  • Build frontend experiences using React/TypeScript
  • Ship continuously through CI/CD with observability, resilience, and reliability
  • Embed AI/LLM capabilities into the platform
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and align on integration patterns
  • Mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives
  • Establish engineering practices and standards for the platform

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience building and operating platform-level systems
  • Proficiency in at least two of Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js
  • Solid React/TypeScript skills on the frontend
  • Experience building developer-facing platforms with AI integration
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services
  • Comfortable operating in multi-tenant, compliant environments
  • Practices continuous delivery, test-driven development, and agile methodologies
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with product owners to define problems and propose architectures
  • Mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
