Full job description
Lead CRM strategy and implementation projects, managing CRM teams and client relationships. Develop digital transformation strategies and detailed reports based on CRM data. Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, and Sitecore. Advise clients on digital roadmaps and business processes. Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with development, UX/Design, and content teams. Prepare and facilitate client workshops and support business development activities.
