Full job description

InMobi Advertising seeks a mid-level Account Manager for the EMEA Client Services team based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing key client accounts, driving media flow and revenue targets on InMobi DSP, and maintaining strong relationships with advertisers and agencies. Responsibilities include optimizing accounts through technical, operational, and commercial understanding, cross-selling and up-selling products, coordinating with internal teams to meet campaign goals, resolving client issues, and leading strategic revenue growth discussions. Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in programmatic account management, strong data analysis skills, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent communication abilities. A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is a plus.

What you'll do

  • Complete ownership of account management and media flow/revenue targets from a portfolio of key clients in EMEA focusing on performance marketing on InMobi DSP
  • Develop strong client relationships with advertisers and agencies, managing expectations and resolving day-to-day queries
  • Understand technical, operational, and commercial aspects to optimize and scale accounts
  • Grow accounts by cross-selling and up-selling new market opportunities and products using data-driven insights and forecasting
  • Build strong internal stakeholder relationships and orchestrate cross-functional support to ensure ad campaigns meet client expectations
  • Track and resolve key client issues proactively and manage expectations internally and externally
  • Take ownership and deliver results within stipulated time
  • Provide feedback to shape product, data, and supply roadmaps based on client requirements and market trends
  • Lead key strategic conversations to increase overall revenue of EMEA region

Requirements

  • 4+ years work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus)
  • Experience in programmatic account management (DSPs/exchanges/networks/agencies)
  • Understanding of mobile and/or digital advertising ecosystem
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proven competency in data analysis and logical reasoning
  • Good communication skills
