Full job description
Lead, Business Intelligence role in Revenue Operations team. Responsible for building and owning Azure-based BI infrastructure, managing data pipelines, writing and optimizing SQL queries, and partnering with data engineering for integrations. Oversee Power BI dashboard development and reporting, translate business needs into data models, support revenue analytics, and conduct ad hoc analyses. Manage and mentor a global team of BI analysts, prioritize data requests, uphold code and documentation standards, and serve as subject matter expert for BI infrastructure. Requires 5+ years experience in BI, data analytics, or data engineering, strong SQL skills, hands-on Azure experience, proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools, experience managing junior analysts, ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and familiarity with ad tech, Salesforce, and Microsoft Fabric.
What you'll do
Own and maintain Azure-based BI infrastructure, including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Blob Storage
Manage and evolve data pipelines, including ingestion, transformation, and delivery
