Lead Analyst responsible for developing advanced marketing measurement solutions, mentoring a team, and conducting econometric analyses. Translate business needs into actionable strategies, ensure data integrity, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and leverage cloud platforms. Qualifications include Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 5-6 years experience in marketing measurement with 1-2 years in a lead role, strong analytical and communication skills. Required skills: proficiency in R or Python, SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel), cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), leadership, client-facing skills, and business acumen. Responsibilities include leading marketing measurement solutions (Media Mix Modelling, Multi-Touch Attribution), panel data analysis, econometric modeling, collaboration with cross-functional teams, data QA, client presentations, and identifying revenue opportunities.
What you'll do
- Lead development and implementation of advanced marketing measurement solutions including Media Mix Modelling, Multi-Touch Attribution, and econometric models
- Oversee and mentor a team of analysts
- Perform panel data analysis using fixed effects, random effects, mixed effects models, with or without Bayesian Framework
- Drive econometric modelling process including model evaluation, selection, and interpretation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into marketing measurement strategies
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy from collection to model deployment
- Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness by analyzing ROI/ROAS, response curves, and performance metrics
- Stay updated with latest marketing measurement trends and tools
- Provide thought leadership on marketing channels, performance metrics, and conversion funnels
- Utilize advanced knowledge of Bayes’ theorem, Shapley value, Markov chain, response curves, marginal ROI, halo effect, and cannibalization
- Manage data QA and manipulation tasks to ensure data readiness
- Leverage cloud platforms for data storage, processing, and analysis
- Prepare and present results to clients, recommend solutions, and pursue advanced marketing measurement solutions
- Identify and tap additional revenue opportunities through innovative measurement services
- Guide team on business optimization problems using optimization algorithms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- 5-6 years experience in marketing measurement and attribution
- 1-2 years experience in a lead role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to assess and validate Attribution solutions and suggest improvements
- Advanced proficiency in R or Python for data manipulation, modelling, and visualization
- Proficiency in SQL for data handling
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Exceptional storytelling skills to generate insights and strategic recommendations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
