Full job description
Lead role in Mobile Performance Marketing to own, drive, and scale mobile campaigns globally. Responsibilities include strategy, execution, optimization, revenue growth, P&L management, campaign KPI delivery, data analysis, client advisory, team mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement. Requires 8-10 years experience in mobile performance marketing/user acquisition with 3 years leadership, expertise in campaign management, knowledge of MMPs (AppsFlyer, Branch.io, Adjust, Kochava, Singular), managing large budgets and accounts, P&L ownership, strong leadership, analytical skills, and communication skills. Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
What you'll do
- Own and lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of large-scale Mobile Performance campaigns across multiple markets
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and client success with complete P&L responsibility for assigned accounts
- Lead execution across premium supply channels such as OEM, Programmatic, P2P Sharing Apps, Keyboard Apps, & Direct Apps
- Define, monitor, and deliver against campaign KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, Fraud Hygiene, Retention)
- Analyse large-scale campaign data to identify trends, uncover insights, and implement advanced optimization strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities at a strategic level
- Mentor, manage, and upskill a team of campaign managers, ensuring consistent delivery excellence
- Collaborate with sales, supply, data, and product teams to innovate and strengthen the performance marketing ecosystem
- Identify and onboard new supply opportunities and technologies to future-proof performance marketing capabilities
- Drive process improvements to scale operations, ensure campaign hygiene, and enhance client satisfaction
Requirements
- 8–10 years of proven experience in Mobile Performance Marketing / User Acquisition
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise as Campaign Manager for User Acquisition & Re-engagement campaigns via In-App marketing
- Deep knowledge of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Branch.io, Adjust, Kochava, and Singular
- Proven success in managing large budgets, multiple accounts, and cross-market campaigns
- Prior experience in P&L ownership, revenue growth, and client relationship management
- Strong team leadership experience — mentoring, motivating, and scaling high-performing teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-first approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
