Teads seeks a Junior Creative Strategist to support Tier 2 and Tier 3 client briefs in Canada. The role involves advising clients and internal teams on creative best practices, translating campaign data into actionable recommendations, writing creative briefs, partnering with Sales to develop creative solutions, building client relationships, presenting creative concepts, educating clients on creative impact, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure unified client experience. Candidates should have 0-2 years of experience in advertising, media, creative strategy, marketing, or ad tech, strong communication and presentation skills, organizational ability, familiarity with digital media, open web, CTV, and ad tech, and a BS/BA degree or equivalent. The position is full-time based in Toronto.

Requirements
0–2 years of relevant experience in advertising, media, creative strategy, marketing, or ad tech
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to translate information, insights, and data into clear creative recommendations
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with digital media, the open web, CTV, and advertising technology
Previous experience within an ad tech or technology platform environment is a plus
Curious, driven, collaborative, and comfortable taking on meaningful responsibility early in your career
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
