Full job description

RTB House seeks a mid-level Account Manager for its DACH team to work remotely from Germany. The role involves managing relationships and negotiating with large e-commerce clients, up/cross selling campaigns, providing campaign performance transparency, creating remarketing strategies, and collaborating with internal technical and sales teams. Regular travel across the DACH region is expected. Candidates should have 2+ years managing online advertising campaigns and client relationships, strong analytical and communication skills, negotiation experience, and proficiency in German and English (C1+). What you'll do

  • develop relationships and negotiate business terms with decision-makers of large e-commerce companies in the DACH region
  • up/cross sell campaigns and products to ensure account growth
  • provide transparency over campaign performance to client representatives
  • create remarketing strategies for different verticals
  • develop professional technical knowledge related to RTB House solutions and digital marketing developments
  • work closely with technical and sales teams to ensure superior campaign performance
  • travel regularly across the DACH region for client meetings

Requirements

  • solid understanding of the online advertising industry, especially performance marketing
  • 2+ years of experience managing online advertising campaigns and client relationships
  • self-motivated positive individual with an achiever attitude
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ability to absorb information quickly and deliver within tight timeframe
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • first experiences with negotiations
  • exceptional professionalism and business acumen
  • ability to keep open communication, particularly when working remotely
  • proficiency in German and fluency in English (C1 or above)
