Refinery89 seeks a Junior Sales Development Representative to support growth in the German market. The role involves driving publisher acquisition from prospecting to closing, managing a sales pipeline, building relationships, conducting outbound prospecting, maintaining CRM data, and representing the company at events. Requires fluency in German and English, strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and willingness to learn digital advertising and programmatic technology. Preferred 2+ years sales or business development experience, knowledge of the German market, and understanding of digital advertising metrics and technologies. Location: Madrid, Spain (Onsite). Full-time permanent position.
