Junior Programmatic Campaign Specialist role based in Madrid, requiring full professional proficiency in English. The role focuses on executing, optimizing, and analyzing large-scale programmatic advertising campaigns across platforms such as GAM, Xandr, DSPs, and SSPs. Responsibilities include campaign setup, validation, monitoring, optimization support, internal operational assistance, reporting, and process adherence. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in digital advertising or related fields, familiarity with ad platforms and analytics tools, and strong organizational and communication skills. What you'll do

  • Prepare campaign setups across platforms (GAM, Xandr, DSPs, SSPs) following internal guidelines
  • Validate assets, trackers, targeting, and KPIs before launch
  • Use checklists to ensure campaigns go live on time and without errors
  • Monitor active campaigns daily to ensure proper delivery and pacing
  • Identify issues early and escalate when necessary
  • Support optimization actions such as creative rotation or targeting adjustments
  • Assist Sales and Account teams with operational tasks
  • Prepare materials, specs, and campaign information when required
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with internal stakeholders
  • Produce performance reports using templates
  • Track key metrics and highlight important changes
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign activity
  • Follow established workflows and best practices
  • Suggest small improvements as you gain experience
  • Learn new tools and platform features over time

Requirements

  • 2+ years in digital advertising, campaign operations, or performance marketing
  • Experience managing multiple tasks or campaigns simultaneously
  • Familiarity with ad platforms, ad servers, or analytics tools
  • Exposure to programmatic advertising is a strong advantage
  • Internship or entry-level agency/publisher experience is acceptable
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts and KPIs
  • Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow structured processes accurately
  • Full professional proficiency in English
