Full job description

Junior Partner Manager role in AdTech Partnerships team at Refinery89 based in Madrid (Onsite). The role involves supporting commercial growth and performance of demand partner network by managing relationships with SSPs and monetisation partners, onboarding new partners, identifying revenue growth opportunities, monitoring performance, analysing data for yield and revenue improvements, coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues, and supporting commercial discussions with data-driven insights. Requires up to 2 years experience in digital media, adtech, or related fields, strong Excel skills, high English proficiency, commercial mindset, strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work autonomously, and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of header bidding, SSPs, Prebid, Amazon TAM, Google OB, and reporting tools like Google Data Studio or Power BI is a plus.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with demand partners to drive revenue growth and performance
  • Support onboarding and implementation of demand partners on new publisher websites
  • Roll out new demand partners and monetisation opportunities across the network
  • Identify growth opportunities, unlock additional spend and improve commercial results with partners
  • Monitor partner performance and identify revenue trends, underperformance and upside opportunities
  • Participate in QBRs and performance reviews with SSPs and monetisation partners to create actionable growth plans
  • Analyse data to identify yield, fill rate, CPM and revenue improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to troubleshoot partner performance or revenue issues
  • Help optimise demand stack to maximise monetisation outcomes
  • Support commercial discussions with data-driven insights and understanding of partner value and business impact

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of work experience in digital media, adtech, online advertising, account management, partner management, ad ops or commercially focused operations role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Very high level of English for internal and external communication
  • Strong interest in technology, digital advertising and online monetisation
  • Clear commercial mindset focused on partner growth and revenue generation
  • Confident communicator comfortable engaging with partners
  • Strong analytical skills to turn data into insights and commercial opportunities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute reliably in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and act proactively
  • Ambitious, open-minded and eager to grow in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate product features into business benefits
