Full job description
The Trade Desk is seeking a Director, Client Services to lead client success strategy and team development for Japan's largest agency partners. Responsibilities include driving commercial growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing high-performing teams, and advising clients on digital advertising trends including AI. Candidates must have 10+ years in digital advertising or related fields, with at least 2 years in leadership roles, strong strategic and commercial skills, and experience managing complex client relationships. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required. Location: Tokyo, Japan.

- Lead client success strategy across portfolio, partnering with Business Development on commercial growth opportunities
