Full job description

The Trade Desk is seeking a senior Sales Operations professional with 8-10 years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Systems/Salesforce administration or Strategy, preferably in ad tech, SaaS or digital media. The role reports to the APAC Director, Systems & XFN Enablement and focuses on improving Salesforce hygiene and sales systems to reduce friction and improve efficiency. Responsibilities include managing Salesforce data and processes, supporting systems transformation, running change management and training for managers, maintaining governance and audit trails, supporting account management processes, tracking success metrics, and building automation for workflows. Candidates must have deep Salesforce/CRM expertise, experience with Tableau or Power BI, a track record of creating durable self-serve processes, strong change management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. The position is based in New Delhi, India.
