The Trade Desk is seeking a senior client services professional with 5+ years of client-facing experience to lead account growth and client relationships. Responsibilities include managing accounts as a business owner, becoming an expert on The Trade Desk platform, collaborating with Sales & Trading, developing client relationships, owning client onboarding and training, providing feedback for product improvements, and training new team members. Required skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, experience with Excel and MS Office, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a track record of growing accounts. Experience with online advertising or SAAS platforms is a plus.
