The Trade Desk is seeking a senior client services leader to manage and grow a roster of accounts. Responsibilities include becoming an expert on The Trade Desk platform, collaborating with Sales & Trading, developing client relationships, owning client onboarding and training, leading account strategy, and providing feedback for product improvements. Candidates must have at least 5 years of client-facing experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, experience with Excel and MS Office, and preferably experience with online advertising or SAAS platforms and mentorship roles.
