The Trade Desk seeks a senior IT Systems Engineer to design, automate, and operate identity, access, and enterprise platform ecosystems. Responsibilities include managing authentication and authorization systems with Entra ID, implementing RBAC and policy-driven authorization, automating identity lifecycle workflows, integrating enterprise applications with SSO and modern protocols, designing automation pipelines with Tines, developing API-driven integrations, building internal tools on Azure, leveraging AI for IT automation, maintaining core infrastructure services like DNS and DHCP, and providing tier-3 IT support. Candidates must have 6-8+ years of IT Systems Engineering experience, strong skills in Entra ID, automation platforms, REST APIs, scripting (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript), knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, and Azure infrastructure. Preferred experience includes identity governance platforms, Infoblox, Portnox, serverless development, endpoint management tools, RBAC models, AI-assisted tooling, and infrastructure-as-code. Physical requirements include ability to sit, stand, walk up to 10 hours, lift 50 pounds, and availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays. Salary range is $77,600 to $142,200 USD.
