Full job description
Seeking an on-site IT Support Engineer in Redwood City responsible for day-to-day technology operations. Role includes hands-on support for MacOS and Windows devices, device lifecycle management, Okta administration, Slack and Microsoft 365 support, Active Directory management, networking infrastructure maintenance (Cisco Meraki, FortiGate), AV and conference room technology management, and AI-driven automation using scripting (PowerShell, Zsh, Python) and Okta Workflows. Requires experience in mixed MacOS/Windows environments, Okta, Microsoft 365, Slack, AV tech, and networking. Strong communication skills and interest in AI automation essential.
