Full job description
The Interactive Designer will design and animate custom, rich media, cross-device ad experiences for Kargo's advertisers. Responsibilities include creating visually stunning advertising experiences across mobile, desktop, CTV, and social platforms, employing user-centered design, maintaining brand guidelines, collaborating with client service teams, adhering to ad unit standards, developing knowledge of new technologies, contributing to product ideation, designing pre-sale mocks, leading client brainstorms, and executing quick-turnaround design requests. Candidates must have 2+ years of relevant experience, a strong portfolio, expert skills in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects, animation experience, and preferably experience with Celtra Ad Builder and mobile advertising. The role requires excellent communication skills, autonomy, multitasking, and a passion for innovation and user experience. Salary range is $70,000 to $75,000 USD.
