The Enterprise Integration and Intelligent Automation Development Lead will design, develop, and lead scalable integration solutions and AI-powered automation workflows across enterprise systems, marketing platforms, consumer data platforms, digital ecosystems, third-party partners, and AI model providers. Responsibilities include designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions, leading technical design and development of integration workflows, managing API-led and event-driven integrations, optimizing data transformation pipelines, and leading a team of developers. The role requires expertise in low-code workflow tools such as n8n and Azure Logic Apps, microservices development with Nest.js and TypeScript, Azure cloud services, messaging frameworks like Kafka, AI integration with Azure OpenAI, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB Atlas. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile development, enforce best practices for integration design, and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards. Experience required is 8-12 years with strong leadership and communication skills.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement scalable, secure enterprise integration solutions and pipelines
  • Lead technical design and development of integration workflows using APIs and connectors
  • Develop and manage API-led and event-driven integrations and automations
  • Develop and optimize data transformation and integration workflows
  • Build end-to-end system integrations and data workflows independently
  • Lead and mentor integration, workflow, and API developers
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks
  • Drive solution design discussions and act as technical SME for integration and automation
  • Implement secure workflow design and enterprise integration best practices
  • Develop low-code/no-code workflows enhanced with custom connectors
  • Integrate AI and Gen-AI capabilities within integration workflows
  • Process and automate consumer and audience data using AI services
  • Develop scalable microservices using Node.js frameworks
  • Integrate REST APIs, enterprise services, and third-party platforms
  • Leverage GraphQL with Federated Graph patterns and manage API lifecycle
  • Work with NoSQL databases for high-performance data handling
  • Build integrations using messaging patterns like Kafka and Azure Service Bus
  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, QA, DevOps, and business teams
  • Participate in Agile development including sprint planning and reviews
  • Ensure high-quality delivery through code reviews, testing, and documentation
  • Enforce best practices for integration design, logging, monitoring, and resiliency
  • Identify delivery risks and define mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data governance standards

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in enterprise integration and cloud-based integration workflow development
  • Proven experience leading integration or platform engineering teams
  • Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API-led architecture, and event-driven systems
  • Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and solve complex problems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with intelligent workflow automation tools such as n8n and Azure Logic Apps
  • Experience in API orchestration and enterprise integration including REST APIs, GraphQL, and Federated Graph
  • Microservices development experience using Nest.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
  • Expertise in Azure cloud services including Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Service Bus
  • Experience with messaging frameworks like Kafka and message queues
  • AI integration experience with Azure OpenAI and AI models
  • Knowledge of data pipelines, data workflows, and transformations
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB Atlas
