Full job description
Industry Lead – eCommerce role focused on EMEA region. Responsibilities include being the vertical expert on eCommerce trends, running executive business reviews, working with data analysts to define KPIs, advising on client strategy, supporting sales teams with insights, tracking industry trends and regulations, creating playbooks, providing market feedback to product teams, representing the company at industry events, collaborating globally, and measuring impact. Requires 6+ years experience in eCommerce, retail, growth, strategy, or analytics roles, strong analytical and communication skills, experience advising senior stakeholders, familiarity with EMEA markets, and ability to travel ~20%.
What you'll do
Be the vertical expert on EMEA eCommerce, including retail media, marketplaces, D2C, cross-border commerce, and quick commerce
Run executive business reviews for eCommerce clients using category benchmarks
