Full job description

Moloco seeks a mid-level Implementation Manager to support onboarding and scaling of new mobile DSP accounts during their first 90 days. The role involves working closely with the New Business Sales team to ensure smooth handover, building strong client relationships, analyzing campaign data for performance and optimization, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with Growth, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in mobile advertising account management, strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce clear reports. The position is full-time and on-site in London.

What you'll do

  • Understand advertiser marketing needs and communicate how programmatic solutions meet goals
  • Analyze campaign data to assess performance and suggest optimizations or upsells
  • Identify account growth opportunities and ensure successful setup before handoff
  • Collaborate with Growth team for smooth transition to long-term account management
  • Provide client feedback to Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams for solution improvements
  • Stay current on mobile ecosystem and industry trends to offer actionable insights
  • Provide actionable debriefs on campaign outcomes to guide New Business Sales team
  • Travel to key industry events and conferences as needed

Requirements

  • Mobile Advertising experience, preferably in Account Management
  • Knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem
  • Excellence in logical thinking and problem solving
  • Familiarity with big data and numbers
  • Ability to identify solutions that meet customer needs
  • Attention to detail in campaign setup and reporting
  • Ability to create clear reports for new partners
  • Great communication skills with emphasis on over-communication
  • Strong ownership mentality and curiosity in problem solving
  • Passion for continuous growth and success
  • Team player with adaptability to fast-growing/changing environment
  • Fluent in English
