Full job description

Moloco is hiring a junior Implementation Manager in Seoul, Korea to support growth of Moloco Ads in the region. The role involves researching and identifying potential advertisers, supporting new business development, assisting with advertiser onboarding, tracking campaign performance, and coordinating communication among stakeholders. Candidates should have 2+ years in business, analytical, or client-facing roles, be comfortable with data tools like Excel and Google Sheets, and possess strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Exposure to digital advertising or ad tech is a plus but not required. The position is full-time and on-site.

What you'll do

  • Research and identify high-potential advertisers and verticals in the Korean digital ecosystem
  • Maintain structured prospect landscape and share market insights with sales and marketing teams
  • Support New Business Managers with outreach, account prioritization, and meeting preparation
  • Track and document prospect activity and pipeline status
  • Assist Implementation Managers with new advertiser onboarding logistics and milestone tracking
  • Maintain implementation documentation, account trackers, and onboarding templates
  • Monitor early campaign performance and flag issues for resolution
  • Coordinate communication between advertisers, agency partners, and internal teams
  • Pull and organize campaign performance data for business reviews and reporting
  • Identify trends and surface insights to support decision-making
  • Support development of dashboards and reporting cadences
  • Develop strong knowledge of Moloco's platform, products, and mobile advertising ecosystem
  • Contribute to internal documentation and scalable process development

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a business, analytical, or client-facing role such as consulting, sales, or operations
  • Exposure to digital advertising, mobile apps, or ad tech is a plus but not required
  • Comfortable working with data and tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or basic BI and AI platforms
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytically curious with a desire to understand data-driven outcomes
  • Fast learner who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Collaborative and low-ego mindset
