Full job description

Amazon Advertising seeks a Head of WW Video & Ad Tech SGTM to lead global go-to-market strategies for video and ad tech advertising solutions. The role requires 10+ years of leadership experience, strategic business thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior executives. Responsibilities include driving vision and adoption of ad tech and video offerings, developing GTM strategies, partnering with product marketing, analyzing industry trends, and leading a team of GTM specialists. The position is full-time, director level, based in New York or Seattle, with a salary range of $193,700 to $288,200 depending on location. What you'll do

  • Drive the WW overall vision, value proposition, programs, planning, and packaging solutions to grow Ad Tech & Video Sales GTM approach
  • Act as the primary liaison between Product organizations and global Sales teams
  • Drive adoption of Amazon’s video and ad tech advertising offerings
  • Develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies addressing regional and global requirements
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop compelling narratives around video and ad tech advertising solutions
  • Analyze, contextualize and communicate industry developments to internal sales teams and customers
  • Collaborate with Product teams to ensure GTM strategies align with holistic Amazon Ads Sales GTM
  • Establish partnerships with internal and external senior business leaders
  • Identify and provide metrics to measure success and provide feedback through monthly business reviews
  • Effectively communicate business strategy to all levels including SVPs
  • Hire, develop and lead a team of GTM specialists

Requirements

  • 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
  • Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
  • Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
  • Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners and agencies
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership
