Appodeal is hiring a senior User Acquisition (UA) Coach for its gaming business in Barcelona. The role can be full-time in-house or advisor format. The UA Coach sets and maintains UA standards across small AI-native squads managing casual, ad-monetized evergreen games. Responsibilities include owning the UA playbook, creative testing framework, and making UA expertise accessible to squads. The in-house role involves hands-on UA management for 1–3 games, using shared LTV and profit data for growth decisions, and building AI agents and automation for UA tasks. Requirements include 7+ years in mobile UA or growth marketing with leadership experience, hands-on campaign optimization across AppLovin, Meta, Google, DSPs, and CPI networks, strong creative-driven UA and analytical skills, experience building AI-native automation, and willingness to relocate to Barcelona and work onsite 4 days a week for the in-house role.
