Full job description
Appodeal is seeking a Head of User Acquisition to lead and execute UA strategy for mobile app monetization. Responsibilities include scaling UA spend, maximizing ROAS, building and managing UA and Creative teams, optimizing media buying processes, leading business development and partnerships, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and analyzing performance data. Requirements include 5+ years in user acquisition/media buying for mobile apps, expertise with CPI networks, DSPs, Google Ads, strong problem-solving skills, strategic planning and execution ability, excellent communication, resource allocation experience, and advanced business English. Experience with mobile casual evergreen games and scaling mobile games to top 50 grossing is a plus. The role is full-time, hybrid, based in Barcelona, Spain.
