Full job description

Smartly is seeking a Head of Sales for Brazil to lead and develop a team of Account Executives and manage key enterprise relationships. Responsibilities include defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, driving the full sales cycle, managing pipeline and forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates must have strong experience in enterprise sales within SaaS or advertising technology, proven leadership skills, fluency in Portuguese and English, and the ability to travel regionally. What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Brazil
  • Own and grow relationships with enterprise customers
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Build trusted relationships with senior marketing, media, and business stakeholders
  • Forecast accurately, manage pipeline health, and deliver against revenue targets
  • Partner with Customer Success, Agency, Partnerships, and Product teams
  • Represent Smartly at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings

Requirements

  • Strong experience leading enterprise sales within SaaS, advertising technology, digital media, or marketing technology environments
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams in a growth-oriented business
  • Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with senior decision-makers
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising, media buying, performance marketing, and marketing automation
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution in a player-coach environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
  • Fluent Portuguese and English language skills
  • Comfortable traveling within the region as needed
