Full job description

Lead the programmatic buying performance solution for APAC, owning revenue growth and portfolio management across India, SEA, Japan, Korea, and ANZ. Manage and develop a multi-level trading team, drive analytical frameworks, and build efficient processes using automation and AI. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to influence platform priorities and product roadmaps. Align with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure commercial success and customer-centric approaches. Requires 10+ years in performance marketing or ad tech, deep DSP and attribution expertise, team management experience, and ability to work across multiple regions. Preferred experience includes multi-solution portfolios, agency-model orchestration, product influence, and vertical-specific marketing exposure.

What you'll do

  • Own and drive revenue (Media Flow and Net Revenue) across India, SEA, Japan, Korea, and ANZ
  • Manage levers that drive Media Flow growth and Net Revenue improvement
  • Identify and mitigate revenue risks proactively
  • Own regional performance planning including forecast, pacing, and corrective actions
  • Navigate cross-regional dynamics and connect learnings across Americas, EMEA, and China
  • Manage, grow, and develop L1–L4 traders across functional and professional dimensions
  • Assign portfolios based on team capability mapping and enable professional development
  • Foster experimentation and hypothesis-driven culture within the team
  • Drive tough conversations within team and with external stakeholders
  • Define and govern analytical frameworks used across trading function
  • Identify new growth avenues from data-driven approaches and strategic thinking
  • Build processes to drive efficiency through automation, AI, and alignment
  • Conduct experiments and hypothesis-led research on unsolved problems
  • Work closely with Product, SE, Engineering, Data Science teams to align platform priorities
  • Translate trading signals and advertiser feedback into product roadmap inputs
  • Drive experimentation across DSP and partner platforms and evaluate impact
  • Influence platform decisions using portfolio-scale observations across regions
  • Align with Sales, CGM, Strategy, Ops, Creative on regional ops playbooks and GTM execution
  • Work with senior commercial leadership to unlock client blockers and ensure product focus
  • Represent trading in cross-functional discussions and bring market intelligence
  • Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and emerging performance marketing trends
  • Obsess over customer needs and instill customer-first culture within team
  • Maintain deep contextual knowledge of key accounts and advertiser unit economics
  • Set and push uncomfortable goals for account penetration and vertical expansion
  • Establish culture of daily tracking, structured root cause analyses, and follow-through
  • Drive accountability in performance and issue resolution
  • Personally accountable for regional growth outcomes and cascade accountability through team

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or ad tech
  • 3+ years in analytics, account management, delivery capacity
  • Deep expertise in DSP mechanics, attribution frameworks, and MMP integrations (Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and grow a trading team across multiple levels
  • Track record of driving advertiser revenue growth at portfolio scale
  • Experience working across multiple regions with understanding of regional dynamics
  • Comfort navigating cross-functional stakeholder environments (Sales, CGM, Product, Tech, Partnerships, Finance, Ops)
  • Preferred: Exposure to multi-solution portfolios including DSP, On-Device, Affiliate
  • Preferred: Familiarity with agency-model orchestration
  • Preferred: Experience influencing product roadmaps based on trading data and advertiser feedback
  • Preferred: Prior exposure to vertical-specific performance marketing (gaming, fintech, e-commerce, OTT/streaming)
