Full job description

Moloco seeks a Head of Product GTM, AMER to lead product commercialization and revenue growth in the AMER region. The role involves managing a team of Product Activation Leads, Customer Solution Engineers, and Product Success Specialists. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales and Growth Data Science teams to execute go-to-market strategies, prioritizing product activation opportunities, driving product adoption, and aligning AMER product strategy with global direction. The candidate must have 8+ years in product commercialization or related fields, 4+ years of people management experience, and deep knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem. Strong commercial instincts, strategic and execution skills, communication, and analytical abilities are required. What you'll do

  • Lead and develop AMER team of Product Activation Leads, Customer Solution Engineers, and Product Success Specialists
  • Partner with Sales, Growth Data Science, and Regional Strategy + Operations leadership to develop and execute revenue growth plans in AMER
  • Identify and prioritize product activation opportunities tailored to AMER market
  • Drive adoption of priority products within AMER addressable market
  • Ensure Sales confidence in pitching, implementing, and realizing revenue from products
  • Bridge global PSO programs with AMER field execution
  • Set vision for AMER PSO team operations with defined roles and accountabilities
  • Build a high-trust, high-performance team culture
  • Develop team careers through coaching and feedback
  • Build AMER product strategy aligned with global Moloco Ads direction
  • Provide Voice of the Market input to global Product and PSO leadership
  • Prototype and validate AMER-specific solutions
  • Champion best-practice adoption across AMER customer base
  • Partner with Product Enablement & Scaled Support specialist to build knowledge infrastructure
  • Serve as trusted consultative partner to key AMER advertisers and Sales stakeholders

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product commercialization, solutions consulting, product management, or a related field, ideally in mobile advertising, adtech, or performance marketing
  • Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional go-to-market efforts and driving measurable revenue impact in a complex, fast-moving environment
  • 4+ years of people management experience, with a history of building and developing strong teams
  • Deep familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem including key advertisers, platforms, measurement dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Strong commercial instincts to connect product capabilities to customer business outcomes and translate into compelling narratives
  • Ability to build robust product knowledge and make decisive calls
  • Comfortable with both strategy development and execution
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, and regional leadership
  • Analytical and metrics-driven approach to prioritize, measure, and course-correct
