Appodeal seeks a Head of Product Development to lead product and engineering for its mobile gaming portfolio (WordMaker, Solitaire, Brick Blast). This senior hands-on leadership role requires 8+ years in software engineering with leadership in mobile gaming/product environments. The candidate must be proficient in Unity (C#), mobile game architecture, backend systems, and AI tools with demonstrated AI-native production experience. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, owning PRDs and roadmaps, managing technical architecture, driving AI adoption, hands-on contribution to product and engineering, leading a lean team, and collaborating cross-functionally with monetization, UA, data, and RnD teams. Strong data-driven mindset and experience with CI/CD, automated testing, analytics tools, and mobile monetization systems are required.
