Full job description

Dentsu seeks a Head of Global Growth, Data & Technology to lead global growth for the Data & Technology practice. The role involves driving new business acquisition, expanding client relationships, and scaling a global growth organization. Responsibilities include owning the growth lifecycle, designing and executing growth strategies, leading pitches, managing pipelines, engaging senior clients, packaging solutions, and leading a global sales team. Requires 15+ years in data & technology or marketing technology with senior sales leadership experience, proven track record in complex deal wins, strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and leadership abilities. Salary range $375,000 - $390,000 plus discretionary incentives.

What you'll do

  • Lead the global growth agenda for the Data & Technology practice
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand strategic client relationships
  • Scale a high-performing global growth organization
  • Own end-to-end growth lifecycle including go-to-market strategy, demand generation, pipeline development, and deal execution
  • Design and execute a comprehensive global D&T growth strategy
  • Lead high-profile pitches and pursuit efforts with Media, Creative, and CXM partners
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Engage C-suite and senior executive clients as a trusted advisor
  • Package and position cross-practice D&T solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to develop use cases, innovation roadmaps, and bespoke solutions
  • Define and execute a growth-led GTM strategy globally
  • Create industry-leading thought leadership
  • Design and optimize the global growth operating model
  • Partner with market and regional leadership to develop targeted account growth plans
  • Define market targeting plans with Inside Sales and Marketing
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performance global sales and growth organization
  • Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Data Science); advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years in data & technology solutions, marketing technology, or a related field
  • Significant experience in a senior growth or sales leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing global sales organizations
  • Proven track record of winning high-profile, complex deals
  • Ability to lead end-to-end pursuit efforts and close business at senior executive level
  • Proven track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships and driving new business development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to attract, develop, and inspire growth talent
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with entrepreneurial drive
