Skai is seeking a lead Sales Manager to build and manage a sales team focused on enterprise brands and agencies in Financial Services, Education, Media and Entertainment, Technology, and Travel verticals. The role involves driving sales performance, managing revenue pipelines, recruiting and training sales staff, collaborating with marketing, and mentoring team members. Candidates should have 5-10 years of digital sales or sales management experience, knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator, and experience selling SaaS products. The position is hybrid with three days in office per week in Seattle. Salary range is $160,000 - $165,000 plus commissions.
