Skai is seeking a Sales Team Lead to manage and grow a sales team focused on enterprise brands and agencies in Financial Services, Education, Media and Entertainment, Technology, and Travel verticals. The role involves driving sales performance, managing revenue pipelines, recruiting and training sales staff, collaborating with marketing and sales development teams, and mentoring direct reports. Candidates should have 5-10 years of digital sales or sales management experience, knowledge of key verticals, and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator. The position is full-time, hybrid (three days in office per week) based in Seattle, Washington. Salary range is $160,000 - $165,000 plus commissions.
