Full job description

The Head of Client Growth will lead a team of Lead and Senior Client Growth Managers across the Americas, driving client partnerships, revenue growth, and delivery excellence in InMobi’s performance business. Responsibilities include team leadership, client relationship management, revenue target ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. Requires 10-12 years in client-facing roles in performance marketing or programmatic advertising, with 4-5 years in leadership. Must have deep knowledge of DSPs, MMPs, and measurement ecosystems such as SKAN, attribution, and viewability. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Located in San Mateo, CA. Salary range $152,000 to $206,500 USD plus potential bonuses and RSUs. What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Lead and Senior Client Growth Managers to deliver quarterly revenue and margin goals
  • Build a high-performing, data-driven culture focused on accountability, learning, and proactive client management
  • Identify and groom future leaders within the Client Growth organization
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key strategic accounts, building trusted senior-level relationships across marketing, product, and data teams at client organizations
  • Oversee annual and quarterly business planning across key accounts, ensuring account strategies align with advertiser objectives and regional business priorities
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute account expansion strategies (upsell/cross-sell initiatives)
  • Own overall client growth revenue targets for the region and drive predictable quarterly performance through disciplined pipeline and retention management
  • Analyze account performance and trends to identify opportunities for optimization, upselling, or efficiency improvements
  • Ensure robust account forecasting, revenue hygiene, and margin control processes are in place
  • Work closely with Trading, Product, and Data Science teams to deliver measurable performance improvements and innovation for clients
  • Partner with Marketing and Enablement teams to institutionalize client success stories, best practices, and scalable playbooks
  • Represent the Client Growth function in leadership discussions, ensuring voice of customer is reflected in product and strategic decisions
  • Establish scalable processes, tools, and frameworks for client management excellence - from onboarding to QBRs to renewal cycles
  • Drive operational rigor across reporting, forecasting, and business review cadences
  • Contribute to global frameworks for Client Growth governance and talent development

Requirements

  • 10–12 years of experience in client-facing roles within performance marketing, programmatic advertising, or growth marketing
  • At least 4–5 years in people leadership roles
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, client retention, and team leadership within a high-velocity advertising or media environment
  • Deep understanding of DSPs, MMPs, and measurement ecosystems (e.g., SKAN, attribution, viewability)
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working across global, matrixed teams and time zones
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent business education preferred
