Full job description
Lead and manage a sales team focused on independent advertising and media agencies. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales team members. Collaborate with executive leadership and marketing teams on business plans and campaigns. Manage sales pipeline and build executive relationships within the independent agency community. Requires 5-10 years sales experience in digital or technology solutions, people management skills, knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator), and strong communication skills. Hybrid work model with three days in office per week. Salary range $165,000-190,000 plus commissions.
