Amazon Ads is seeking a senior leader to hire, lead, and develop the Agency and Advertising Partnerships team in Brazil. The role focuses on growing Amazon Ads through partnerships with agencies, managing a team of Senior Agency Development Managers, and driving adoption of Amazon's advertising tools and products. Responsibilities include managing agency relationships, developing business plans, leading team development, engaging with C-Level stakeholders, delivering training and events, collaborating with sales teams, gathering agency feedback for product improvements, and executing growth strategies for Amazon DSP. Requirements include fluency in Portuguese and English, a bachelor's degree, over 10 years of experience advising C-Level clients and in advertising or digital environments, over 15 years of leadership in sales or partnership roles, strong analytical skills, and experience in B2B sales and team management.
