Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, partnering with Ad Sales teams, developing go-to-market strategies, enabling internal sales education, leading external thought leadership, and influencing product roadmaps. Candidates must have 12+ years of B2B sales experience, team management skills, high-level negotiation experience, and fluency in English, Portuguese, and/or Spanish. Preferred qualifications include experience in marketing or media sales, working with technical/product teams, first-party data strategies, measurement frameworks, and engaging C-level stakeholders.
