Full job description

Moloco is hiring a Growth Manager for its Commerce Media platform in Seoul, Korea. The role involves managing relationships with top Korean retailers and commerce platforms to launch, grow, and optimize their ad businesses using Moloco's AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities include onboarding new customers, monitoring campaign performance, troubleshooting, creating internal enablement materials, conducting training, and driving adoption among advertisers and agencies. Candidates should have 3+ years experience in digital advertising or related fields, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and fluency in Korean and English. Familiarity with ML-based advertising or programmatic platforms is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on client management and business development within a fast-paced global company.

What you'll do

  • Support onboarding of new Moloco Commerce Media customers, coordinating internal teams
  • Manage portfolio of Korean customers, monitor campaign performance, identify growth opportunities
  • Handle day-to-day customer operations, troubleshoot issues, respond to inquiries
  • Build internal enablement materials such as onboarding guides and playbooks
  • Assist in customer training sessions and performance reviews
  • Analyze campaign data to generate insights and optimize ad spend
  • Identify and engage potential advertisers and agencies to drive platform adoption
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution for advertisers and agencies including onboarding, setup, monitoring, and optimization

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, eCommerce, ad tech, or customer-facing roles
  • Commerce Media or mobile internet industry experience preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and drawing insights
  • Excellent communication skills for building trusted customer relationships
  • Structured problem-solving approach with creativity
  • Collaborative working style with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with ML-based advertising or programmatic platforms is a plus
  • High ownership mentality and passion for customer success and continuous learning
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, global company environment
  • Fluency in Korean and English required; additional Asian languages a plus
