Moloco is seeking a senior Growth Manager for its Commerce Media Advertiser & Agency team based in Seoul, Korea. The role involves driving adoption of Commerce Media among key advertisers and agencies through new business development and expansion of existing accounts. Responsibilities include managing a pipeline of growth opportunities, leading complex negotiations, owning strategic advertiser and agency relationships, executing campaigns end-to-end, analyzing data for insights, and collaborating cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Data, and Legal teams. Candidates should have 4-7+ years experience in ad tech, e-commerce, or media sales/business development with a proven ability to close complex deals independently, strong commercial instincts, excellent communication skills, and an analytical mindset.
