Full job description
Moloco is seeking a senior Growth Manager for its Commerce Media Advertiser & Agency team based in Seoul, Korea. The role involves driving adoption of Commerce Media among strategic advertisers and agencies, managing complex relationships, leading negotiations, and growing business through new and existing accounts. Responsibilities include pipeline development, account growth, campaign execution, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have 4-7+ years in ad tech, e-commerce, or media sales/business development with strong negotiation, communication, analytical skills, and fluency in English. The position is full-time and based on-site in Seoul.
What you'll do
- Identify and engage strategic potential advertisers and agencies to drive Commerce Media adoption
- Build and manage a pipeline of growth opportunities from identification through to close
- Define and size target segments and shape go-to-market approach
