Full job description

Moloco is hiring a Growth Strategist to manage customer relationships, optimize product performance, and drive revenue growth in the programmatic advertising space. The role requires 3+ years of account management experience, preferably in programmatic marketing or mobile advertising. Responsibilities include client relationship management, campaign setup and monitoring, data analysis using tools like SFDC and Looker, cross-functional collaboration, and revenue growth strategy execution. Candidates must have strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and familiarity with ad tech and mobile app ecosystems. The position is full-time, hybrid, based in New York or San Francisco. What you'll do

  • Own day-to-day customer relationships and deliver exceptional client service
  • Lead multiple partnerships, client meetings, and business reviews
  • Communicate effectively across multiple mediums internally and externally
  • Prioritize client needs and ensure timely, thoughtful service with high attention to detail
  • Become an expert in Moloco’s products and industry to educate and recommend to clients
  • Oversee setup and monitoring of client campaigns, identifying opportunities for expansion and optimization
  • Utilize data tools to analyze performance, produce reports, and advise clients
  • Manage cross-functional work streams to identify and fix technical problems
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Use data-driven storytelling and problem-solving to influence stakeholders and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain deep knowledge of client businesses and align solutions with evolving needs
  • Identify and pitch incremental opportunities aligned with client growth objectives
  • Handle objections effectively through problem solving and creative thinking
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Provide market feedback to influence product development
  • Foster a team culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
  • Demonstrate persistence, positivity, and grit in problem-solving

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably with experience in programmatic marketing or the mobile advertising industry
  • Ability to translate advertiser marketing needs into clear, data-driven strategies aligning programmatic solutions with client KPIs
  • Strong ownership mentality with proactive, data-driven problem solving and decision-making influence
  • Familiarity with big data, MMPs, mobile app ecosystem, and ad tech
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint/Slides, and G-Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal team interaction
  • Growth mindset to thrive in a startup environment
  • Collaborative mindset with passion for driving cross-functional projects and delivering results
