Full job description

Moloco seeks a Group Product Manager to lead the Supply Quality & Fraud Mitigation product strategy for Moloco Ads. The role involves owning the multi-year roadmap for the Supply Quality & Invalid Traffic (IVT) platform, establishing fraud and supply-integrity standards, managing third-party fraud detection partners, and building in-house detection systems when advantageous. The candidate will define workflows and enforcement mechanisms, collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Policy, Business Operations, and GTM teams, and stay ahead of emerging IVT threats. Requirements include 7+ years in product management within programmatic adtech, expertise in supply-side mechanics, deep knowledge of ad exchanges, OpenRTB, SSP/DSP integrations, and hands-on experience with IVT detection and fraud prevention. Preferred qualifications include a technical degree, market analysis skills in fraud tactics, vendor management experience, and leadership in cross-functional teams. The position is full-time, on-site in Menlo Park, New York, or Seattle, with a salary range of $201,600 to $252,000 USD and a competitive benefits package.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Supply Quality & Invalid Traffic (IVT) platform
  • Establish fraud and supply-integrity standards across all Moloco Ads supply sources
  • Evaluate, select, and manage third-party fraud/IVT detection partners
  • Build in-house fraud and invalid-supply detection/mitigation systems where justified
  • Define and operationalize internal workflows and enforcement mechanisms for classification, mitigation, and quality control
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Policy, Business Operations, and GTM teams
  • Launch fraud detection and mitigation capabilities to protect advertisers and ensure high-quality supply
  • Leverage internal and external signals to inform strategy, detection models, and enforcement
  • Stay ahead of emerging IVT threats and industry trends, defining new standards and protections
  • Build scalable operational workflows for classification, enforcement, monitoring, and issue response
  • Define integration requirements for third-party fraud/verification partners
  • Resolve supply-integrity issues and implement long-term systemic fixes

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management related to programmatic adtech
  • Expertise in programmatic adtech ecosystem with focus on supply-side mechanics
  • Deep understanding of ad exchanges, OpenRTB standards, SSP to DSP connections
  • Experience owning integrations with external exchanges, SSPs, or SDK-based supply
  • Hands-on experience designing, deploying, or managing IVT detection and fraud prevention in programmatic advertising
  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related technical/analytical field (preferred)
  • Strong market analysis capabilities in fraud tactics and anti-fraud solutions
  • Experience evaluating and managing third-party vendor solutions and strategic partnerships
  • Proven leadership driving cross-functional execution across engineering, data science, GTM, and operations
  • Familiarity with publisher ad servers, targeting logic, and impression delivery workflows
  • Hands-on experience integrating external fraud/IVT detection partners or verification signals
  • Deep understanding of supply-side performance metrics and IVT mitigation impact
  • Technical understanding of ad-serving mechanics from bid request to creative rendering
