Full job description

Moloco is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and launch of Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) products. The role requires 10+ years in product management, with 3+ years in mobile ad tech, preferably with DPA or Commerce Media experience. Responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, managing product lifecycle, analyzing KPIs, leading cross-functional teams, and staying current with industry trends. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, experience with data-driven decision making, and excellent communication abilities. Preferred qualifications include an MBA and experience with personalization, recommendation systems, commerce APIs, SQL, and Python. The position is full-time and on-site in Seoul, Korea.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for Dynamic Product Ads (DPA)
  • Own product lifecycle from concept to experimentation and launch
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs to refine strategy and drive performance improvements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver rapid, high-quality product iterations
  • Synthesize data and insights from multiple sources to shape product strategy
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics
  • Resolve day-to-day operational challenges proactively

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent roles
  • 3+ years of mobile ad tech experience, ideally with Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) and/or Commerce Media
  • Proven track record of turning ambiguous business and technical requirements into clear, data-driven product decisions
  • Demonstrated success in leading 0 → 1 product strategies and launches
  • Analytical mindset using data to inform and drive key decisions
  • Solid understanding of go-to-market (GTM) cycles within product management
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, iterative environments
  • Preferred: MBA
  • Preferred: Experience in personalization, recommendation, or ranking systems
  • Preferred: Familiarity with commerce APIs, product feed management, and dynamic creative systems
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools
