Moloco is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) solutions. The role involves defining and executing product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, analyzing KPIs, leading cross-functional teams, and leveraging data insights to drive product innovation. Candidates should have a BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, 10+ years in product management, 3+ years in mobile ad tech with DPA experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include an MBA and experience with personalization, recommendation systems, commerce APIs, SQL, and Python. The position is full-time, based in Singapore, and offers a hybrid work environment.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for end-to-end Dynamic Product Ads (DPA)
  • Own product lifecycle from concept to experimentation and launch
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs to refine strategy and drive performance improvements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver rapid, high-quality product iterations
  • Synthesize data and insights from multiple sources to shape product strategy and execution
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify new product opportunities
  • Resolve day-to-day operational challenges proactively to ensure smooth execution and continuous product improvement

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent roles
  • 3+ years of mobile ad tech experience, ideally with expertise in Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) and/or Commerce Media
  • Proven track record of turning ambiguous business and technical requirements into clear, data-driven product decisions
  • Demonstrated success in leading 0 → 1 product strategies and launches
  • Analytical mindset using data to inform and drive key decisions
  • Solid understanding of go-to-market (GTM) cycles within product management
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • MBA preferred
  • Experience in personalization, recommendation, or ranking systems
  • Familiarity with commerce APIs, product feed management, and dynamic creative systems
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools
